Our discerning customers, many of them long-term clients, understandably place a high level of importance on maintaining consistent quality and availability when changing a recipe over to use reclaimed materials. Fulfilling their demands is a key part of our philosophy – just like our ambition to enter into long-term, stable partnerships that give both sides planning reliability.
Recipes are developed in close coordination with the customer, so that products can be tailored specifically to on site needs. Application conditions and the right raw materials basis and bonding agent can be determined and jointly planned during a consulting meeting.
Since the Hünsborn plant has an over 2,000 ton press, we can also meet almost any customer format request. Bricks can also be tempered after pressing at 400° C.
