Manufacturing recycled raw materials

Our discerning customers, many of them long-term clients, understandably place a high level of importance on maintaining consistent quality and availability when changing a recipe over to use reclaimed materials. Fulfilling their demands is a key part of our philosophy – just like our ambition to enter into long-term, stable partnerships that give both sides planning reliability.

The customer determines the level of machining depth. Most clean and thoroughly sorted materials can be broken down and milled into smaller parts and into typical standard grain sizes using jaw crushers, impact mills, cone crushers, smooth roll crushers and screening systems. Grains can also be dried to a residual moisture of < 0.3 % using our drying equipment.

We package goods for shipment depending on their properties, intended use and customer requests, for example in big bags, paper or PE sacks or silos.
