Sampling solid materials
Professional and appropriate sampling is the key to ensuring a representative analysis of solid materials, such as in the areas of disposal analysis and materials analysis. Only if the sampling is carried out cleanly and properly can sample contamination be avoided and can the samples taken be ensured to be characteristic for the sampled material. This is essential to gaining meaningful testing results.
This is why we employ our own samplers who are regularly trained in accordance with LAGA PN 98 and have the necessary professional and technical expertise under the LAGA or DepV.
Our services:
Waste sampling according to LAGA PN 98
We can sample a wide range of different waste materials (such as soil, construction rubble, RCL materials, waste wood, filter dusts, residual and recyclable materials) for the purpose of recycling or removing waste.
Sampling according to the BBodSchV
Our trained samplers can take samples of partial areas for the purpose of evaluating the usage of properties with contaminated sites or harmful soil changes (such as suspected contaminated sites).
Sampling according to LAGA M 20
Before construction measures are carried out, we take samples from multiple dig sites to plan the disposal of the excavated materials generated..
Alloy sampling
We take samples of alloys in accordance with relevant standards (such as ISO 3713, ISO 4552-1 and ISO 4552-2) from Big Bags or aggregate materials.
Materials
We take samples of refractory materials, furnace linings, slags, scrap, building products, etc. in the materials area.
Mechanical sample preparation
To manufacture a homogeneous, fine laboratory sample from the samples taken, we use different technical procedures adapted to the specific sample matrix, such as:
- Crushing
- Shredding
- Chopping
- Producing chips
- Dividing
- Milling
- Sieving
