Of course, the current situation is also affecting us at Horn & Co. Group.
We continue to offer our usual range of services, such as sampling, analysis, and waste disposal. Our regular business hours remain in effect. In addition, our usual communication channels—such as phone, email, and mail—are still operational.
In light of current events, we have also implemented several necessary measures to protect our customers and employees. This includes, among other things, having more employees work from home. However, your contacts remain available to assist you.
Please be patient if the phone rings a little longer than usual, as some calls are being forwarded. We ask for your understanding that, in the current situation, in-person meetings will be replaced by online meetings or conference calls whenever possible.
Horn & Co. Analytics is an exception in this regard. Since testing laboratories in the fields of health, food safety, and water supply are considered systemically important, the laboratory’s employees will continue to accept samples and visit you for necessary sampling. This will, of course, be done in accordance with stricter hygiene measures.
Furthermore, our laboratory (Tritech GmbH) in Solingen and our Wertsoffzentrum Siegerland at Haardter remain open for you.
