Preparing scrap refractory materials

One core process in our manufacturing of renewable raw materials is sorting scrap materials. Our highly specialized and experienced employees sort materials by hand at multiple locations, and in some cases where the scrap itself is produced. Whenever human abilities reach their limits in the course of manual sorting, we analyse material properties using an innovative laser system (LIBS system). Our extensive quality assurance processes, which check after each production step to ensure the product fulfils agreed specifications, is equally important.
