With the grand reopening of MIRECO Shpk in Pristina, Kosovo, the Horn & Co. Group, together with RHI Magnesita, is sending a strong signal in support of sustainable industrial development and international partnership.

The Horn & Co. Group has been active in Kosovo for over ten years. By establishing local structures early on, we built trust and laid a solid foundation for further expansion. The new MIRECO Shpk now benefits from these established relationships and the existing infrastructure, a prime example of sustainable location development with foresight.
The founding of MIRECO Shpk marks another significant chapter in our presence in the Western Balkans. Just three years ago, the new analytical laboratory of Horn & Co. Analytics Shpk was opened. This event, too, underscored the growing importance of our activities in the region.
With the new MIRECO Shpk facility, we aim to specifically promote the regional circular economy, reduce CO₂ emissions in industrial processes, and actively contribute to the economic development of the Western Balkans. Our partnership with RHI Magnesita, a leading global supplier of refractory products, not only strengthens our technical expertise but also opens up access to international markets.
