We are proud to announce that the Horn and Co. Group took third place in the 2019 Ausbildungs-Frieder competition. Once again this year, the Siegen Chamber of Industry and Commerce sought out the best website for recruiting apprentices.
The award, known as the “Ausbildungs-Frieder,” honors companies for the design and concept of their career pages aimed at attracting apprentices in the region. A total of 17 companies from the region applied for this year’s Ausbildungs-Frieder.
The special aspect of this competition is that the jury consists of school classes from local schools. 150 students between the ages of 14 and 17 evaluated the career pages of the participating companies based on various criteria.
The award ceremony took place on November 12, 2019, in the Leonhard-Gläser Hall of the Siegerlandhalle.
We are proud and very pleased to have achieved 3rd place and thus secured a spot on the winners’ podium.
This award is also excellent publicity for the corporate group.
It also shows us how important it is to continuously develop and tailor our career page to specific target groups.
Print media are becoming increasingly less relevant, especially for the target group of future apprentices. It has clearly demonstrated how crucial a well-structured online presence is.
We will continue to stay committed and further develop our career page to inspire potential apprentices and employees to join the Horn & Co. Group in the future.
